Built in 1986 by Harry Wolf, FAIA, Wolf Architecture Design Architect. Odell Associates Assoc. Architectural Firm.

Because of its cylindrical shape, it is often referred to as the Beer Can Building by local residents. Designer Harry Wolf based its measurements on the Fibonacci series.
