Prominently located at the western entrance to Lincoln Road Mall, this parking garage and event space incorporates ground and scattered upper level retail, public parking and residences. The project includes the renovation of an adjacent office structure, formerly home to Suntrust Bank. A second new building, facing Alton Road, accommodates the relocated banking hall and upper level courtyard residences. In the parking structure, varied floor heights and sculptural, irregularly spaced columns continue to test the boundaries between infrastructure and public space.
