Built in 1927 by Hiss and Weeks; 1931 Addition by Marion Sims Wyeth.

Ballinger Award 1996. English Gothic Revival . Only prominent building in this style in the town. Cast stone walls and floors were cast on site. Details include del la Robbia decorations, madonnas, gargoyles, arches and Tiffany window. Name means House-of-Healing-by-the-Sea.
