Winter Park

Built in 1932 by James Gamble Rogers, II.

House originally built on the shore of Lake Oceola, on the historic Winter Park chain of lakes. Structure was relocated in 2000 to save it from demolition. Case Feliz means "happy house" in Spanish. In the Analusian-style masonry farmhouse.

While Mr. Barbour was in residence, the author, Sinclair Lewis, dined there and a U.S. President visited.
