Boca Raton

Built in 1927 by William Alsmeyer.

Boca Raton Town Hall is designed in the Mission Style. The building has an irregular floor plan with one and two story elements featuring low pitched hip and gabled roofs with barrel tile. The two story section is topped by a domed decorative bell tower. Fenestration includes rectangular and rounded arched casement (style) windows. At the main entrance engaged cast stone columns frame a rounded arched door supporting a broken pediment. The building features stucco exterior, decorative cast stone elements, rusticated cast stone quoins, and iron grilles and balcony. Interiors feature original tile and wood flooring and pecky cypress ceilings. Most of the architectural details were provided by Mizner industries.
