Saint Agnes Catholic Church

Saint Agnes Catholic Church

Naples

Built in 2006 by Andrea Clark Brown Architects.

Saint Agnes Catholic Church, Chapel and Site Plan is conceived as a contemporary intertwining and collaboration between architectural design and meaningful liturgical expression through built form. The conceptual and physical layering from plan into elevation and secton are supported by direct references and use of liturgical symbolism, geometries, and the full integration of art elements into the fabric and tectonics of the church and site. The design objective has been to return the venue of church design development into a true and unyielding manifestation of a "sacred ground."
