Built in 1985 by John M. Johansen of CT Hsu with Duane Stark, Schweizer, Inc. and HKS Architects.

Building originally constructed in 1966. Total construction cost $22 million. Poured in-place concrete structure. Utilized heavy texture patterning with natural Florida cedar-wood planks used for form work.
