The project is a three-story, 80,000sf building on a new 32 acre campus that contains a medical office building, a freestanding emergency room containing an imaging and diagnostic center. The first floor of the MOB is 32,700 sf and houses a children's specialty center providing multi-specialty pediatric care by a prominent children's hospital and its partners. The building houses sub-specialty services and the second and third floors are 23,650 sf each containing dedicated adult physician's offices.
