The REX Theatre, built in 1910, is a historic building located in downtown Pensacola, Fla. The REX was closed for more than 20 years and was in need of extensive repair and renovation when Harvest Outreach acquired the REX at the end of 2012 with plans of restoring the historic landmark to its former glory.
Now completely restored, the long-vacant REX Theatre serves as a venue for Harvest Church, for small-scale live theater, and for movies, concerts and other special events.
